This first salad recipe with chicken follows a simple method and does not require any fancy ingredients. First, in a bowl, take half a cup of mayonnaise, 3 or 4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and two tablespoons of finely chopped onions. After mixing it properly, mix one tablespoon of lemon juice and a quarter tablespoon of pepper. Now cover the mixture and refrigerate it until the serving. In another bowl, place 8 cups of torn salad green. Sprinkle two large chopped tomatoes, one or a half pound cooked and cubed chicken breasts and then cooked and crumbled bacon strips. Drizzle two sliced hard-boiled eggs for dressing.

This salad is an excellent choice for lunch. It is a delightful treat for the eyes as well as mouth. To start making it, mix quarter cup olive oil, quarter cup lemon juice, a tablespoon red wine vinegar, and two tablespoons minced garlic. Place two tablespoons dried oregano and a teaspoon salt as well as a cracked pepper. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly. Add a half-pound of boneless chicken to the mixture and marinate for a few minutes. Or instead, you can keep it in the refrigerator overnight but that’s not always necessary.

Now while the chicken is getting marinaded, toss three halved lengthways and thickly sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes on a salad tray. Add sliced capsicum, thinly sliced red onion and cubed Feta cheese to the plate with half a cup of Kalamata olives. Then heat flatbread on the pan until it is soft and warm. Also, heat the chicken in medium heat until it is thoroughly cooked. Leave it to rest for about five minutes and then slice it to arrange on the salad tray. Also, slice the flatbread into four pieces and arrange it on the tray.
