  • One tablespoon butter
  • Half cup chopped the onion
  • Half cup chopped celery
  • Four (14.5 ounces) can chicken broth
  • One (14.5 ounces) can use vegetable broth
  • Half pound chopped cooked chicken breast
  • One half cups egg noodles
  • One cup sliced carrots
  • Half teaspoon dried basil
  • Half teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • A packet of Ready-made Noodles


In a crock add one tablespoon of butter and heat it till it melts. Then add the half cup chopped onions and the chopped celery in the pot and leave it there for five minutes. After that, add the four chicken broth and one vegetable broth in the crock. Then add one-half cup of egg noodles, one cup sided carrots, half teaspoon dried basil and half teaspoon dried oregano in it. After some time, add salt and pepper to taste. Boil it for some time and then lower the heat and simmer for twenty minutes before serving.

For the noodles, put it into a pot of hot water and leave it to boil until it becomes soft and flexible. Then take it out and transfer it to a bowl.
