As the name suggests, this is the Indian way of making fried rice with egg. First, heat the frying pan with little oil. Add some sliced garlic and stir fry until it turns golden brown in color. Add vegetables and season it with salt to your taste. Now, pour in the whisked egg after placing aside the vegetables to one side. You can add some salt to your preference. Scramble the egg, when it begins to set. Add some black pepper and white vinegar. Stir it to mix. Place your leftover rice and stir it to mix it thoroughly. Stir fry for three minutes and garnish with fresh spring onions. Your Indian style egg fried rice is ready in just under fifteen minutes.

This is the Japanese style fried rice that you can have as breakfast or as your nighttime snack. It tastes awesome with a little creme or ketchup. The first step is to melt butter in a frying pan with some vegetable oil at medium heat. Add finely diced onion and stir it until it becomes translucent. Then add thinly cut chicken thighs. After heating it for some time and mixing it, add your leftover rice and stir it for two minutes. Then season it with salt and pepper to your taste.

Now add tomato puree to the mix and stir it for about one minute. Then add some peas and cook some more. Place the fried rice in a bowl. Now when that is done, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and cook it in a frying pan with little oil. Spread the egg, thus making it as flat as possible. After the egg is done, transfer it to the plate. Now add the fried rice above the egg. Wrap the rice with the egg and pour either creme or ketchup on it. Your delicious Omurice is now ready to eat.
