Firstly, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Then place a large sheet of foil on a pan. Now begin chopping the red potatoes in small pieces and put it on the foil. Also chop green beans, broccoli, and peppers into slices and place it on the foil. Cut thick slices of sausage and place it on the foil.

For the spices, pour a little olive oil and take a teaspoon of paprika, half teaspoon of garlic powder, one tablespoon of dried oregano, one tablespoon of dried parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix it thoroughly. This is one of the popular Indian dishes. It is healthy and can be easily and quickly made. Chop cauliflower into medium sizes and boil the peas and potatoes. Heat the oil and add cumin seeds. Stir the seeds until the sputtering stops and add onions and fry it until it softens. After that, add ginger and garlic paste and stir it to mix everything for one minute. Then add turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder and mix it well. Add the chopped tomatoes and heat everything for about three minutes. Now add the cauliflower, peas, and potatoes to the mix. Add salt to taste and cover the pan. Cook everything for about five minutes. Finally, sprinkle some freshly chopped coriander and serve it with either chapatis or rice.
