There are 2 types of diabetics. Type 1 diabetes is when the body stops producing insulin, which results in high blood sugar levels. On the other hand, Type 2 diabetes occurs when less and less insulin is produced by the pancreas (the organ that produces insulin) over a period of time thus resulting in high blood sugar levels. We eat rice three times a day, every breakfast you add two pieces of bread and other carbohydrate-rich foods such as fruits, milk sweets etc.

Try cutting down the carbohydrate intake in your dinner too, start replacing something you eat every day like pasta or noodles with steamed vegetables.
You can make sure that there are absolutely no carbs in your snacks such as biscuits, chips, burgers/ pizza etc. This way you will have an idea about how much carbohydrates you are actually having daily. This will help you to cut off the carb intake gradually over a period of time. You can also try avoiding sweets and desserts to reduce your carbohydrate intake, if possible reduce your intake of rice and wheat flour.
To maintain a perfect Diabetes diet Plan you must avoid bakery products, all of the bakery products include Carbohydrates, sugar and unsaturated Fat etc as ingredients that raise your blood sugar levels.

Moving around will help you in making sure that there is a reduction in the amount of glucose entering your bloodstream from food, this way you will be able to fight diabetes much better.
