Then in a non-stick frying pan, add some oil and let it heat on medium heat. Then add the chicken and stir fry it, also sprinkle some soy sauce on it. Set is aside for the time being. Then add onions, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and soy sauce in it. Stir fry it until the onion is cooked through. Then add the beaten eggs and stir fry it as well.
